Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing
Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing is a process developed to identify and measure the presence of leaks within a sealed unit. During the leak testing procedure, pressurized helium gas is filled into the sealed unit. A sensing probe is placed at the location of the seal to detect the presence of any helium escaping from within the pressurized unit. Ideally, helium molecules will permeate most weld discontinuities at a relatively fast rate for easy leak detection.
Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing is a must for all critical applications requiring a hermetic seal.
Because our company continues to practice and develop this testing procedure, we can efficiently detect and measure product leaks. Helium mass spectrometer leak testing is must for all critical applications requiring a hermetic seal. It is also an additional option we extend to our customers.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing is a process commonly used to test products for durability and uncover undetected leaks. The test is conducted by placing products into a test jacket within the test vessel. Once the vessel media is pressurized, the internal pressure subjects a uniform loading to test the integrity of the product. If the vessel’s pressure drops prematurely, a leak or structural weakness has been detected. Physical product deformation such as collapsing and enlarged holes are possible when a product fails the test.
Whether our customer’s quantity ranges from one to one hundred, pressure testing is just an additional step that we do to guarantee quality products.
By conducting regular pressure tests, quality and safety standards are maintained. Solutions With Innovation conducts pressure testing to ensure product performance and durability in our four specialized pressure tanks. Whether our customer’s quantity ranges from one to one hundred, pressure testing is just an additional step that we do to guarantee quality products.
